About Moonlit Doors

Personalised products
Moonlit Doors calendars are made to a customer's specifications. Customers are responsible for checking the recipient name, calendar title, subtitle, dates, theme, colours, photographs, messages, image descriptions, delivery details, and final design preview before approval.
Customer-supplied content
Customers must have permission to use every photograph, message, name, design, image, music link, and other item they provide. Content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, discriminatory, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable may be rejected.
Themes and third-party rights
Commercial products use original Moonlit Doors themes or properly licensed customer content. Third-party film characters, logos, artist branding, album artwork, recordings, lyrics, and copied sheet music are not included without the appropriate permission.
Design assistance
Customers may create their own content, request prompts and suggestions, or submit a project brief for Moonlit Doors to prepare a draft. Suggestions and designer-created drafts remain subject to customer review and approval.
Design approval
Production begins only after the customer approves the final preview. Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed the names, dates, wording, images, image descriptions, colours, theme, layout, and delivery information. One consolidated revision round is included before approval. Approval does not remove statutory rights or our responsibility for defects, mistakes made by Moonlit Doors, or products that do not match the approved design.
Prices and payment
Payment methods, charges, and payment arrangements are explained on our separate payment, returns and refunds page. Payment is taken securely at checkout.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery estimates, destinations, postage charges will be displayed before purchase. Moonlit Doors is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Current payment and delivery arrangements are set out on the separate payment, returns and refunds page.
Cancellations and personalised goods
Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights. The cancellation, return and refund arrangements for personalised calendars are on our separate payment, returns and refunds page. Paid orders can be placed through secure checkout.
Faults and damage
Contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design. How to report a problem and the remedies available are explained on our separate payment, returns and refunds page. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Design changes after approval
Contact us promptly if you need to change an approved design. We will explain whether production has started and any reasonable, evidenced extra cost before carrying out chargeable additional work. No extra charge applies to a correction needed because of our mistake, or to a remedy required by your statutory rights.
Digital calendar access
Private digital-calendar access is intended for the customer and recipient. Customers must not attempt to access another customer's project, share private access credentials publicly, or interfere with the service.
