Presentation and delivery
Make each calendar ready for its recipient.
Add the £4 gift-ready presentation in the basket, set a separate delivery address for each recipient, and send multiple calendars to one UK address. Additional calendars to the same address add 75p each. Replacement reveal sheets are not currently offered.
Original artwork and ordering
Moonlit Doors uses original, commercially suitable artwork. Artist, film, character, recording, lyric, sheet-music, and album branding will not be included without the appropriate permissions.

Questions before ordering
What format is the calendar?
Each Moonlit Doors calendar is handmade in A3 portrait format with original artwork and twenty-four working doors.
Do I need twenty-four photographs?
No. Choose artwork-only, text-only, repeated-image, selected-day, or curated options if you do not want twenty-four unique photographs.
When do I pay?
Pay securely at checkout after reviewing the final order total and delivery details.
Can I review the calendar before production?
Yes. You review the recipient details, dates, messages, images, descriptions, colours, and layout before approval.
Do I have to use photographs?
No. Theme artwork only and text-only reveals are available, along with options that use one image, a small collection, or photographs on selected days.
How many messages can I add?
The builder is designed for a personal message behind each of the twenty-four doors. Each day also supports an optional short heading, an image, and image description.
What image files can I upload?
The current uploader accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10 MB. Uploaded images are checked before they are sent to the private project storage.
Is gift wrapping available now?
Gift-ready presentation is a £4 basket option with protective packaging, a gift note, and care instructions.
Can I send the calendar directly to someone else?
Available delivery destinations, the total price, and delivery charges are shown before you place an order.
How are my photographs protected?
Calendar images are kept in private project storage and displayed through time-limited signed links. Do not email passwords, access tokens, or private project links.
Can I change a day after saving it?
Yes. Door content can be edited and saved again before the final review and approval step.
When will delivery dates be confirmed?
Production and delivery estimates are shown before you place an order.
Can I change my design after approval?
Contact us promptly if you need to change an approved design. We will explain whether production has started and agree any reasonable, evidenced extra cost with you before carrying out chargeable additional work. We do not charge for correcting our mistakes or for remedies required by your statutory rights.
What are my cancellation and refund rights?
We offer a voluntary return for unused physical calendars: contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within 14 days of our return instructions. The statutory distance-sale cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
