Accessibility statement

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Our commitment

Moonlit Doors aims to provide an inclusive experience for people using different devices, browsers, keyboards, assistive technologies, display settings, and methods of interaction.

Accessibility features

  • Semantic page landmarks and heading structures.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, buttons, and links.
  • A skip link for moving directly to the main content.
  • Visible keyboard-focus indicators.
  • Form labels, validation messages, and live status announcements.
  • Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
  • Text and interactive controls designed with strong colour contrast.
  • Touch targets intended to meet a minimum usable size.
  • Navigation that can be closed using the Escape key.

Standards

The site is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA in mind. This is an aim, not a claim of certification or complete conformance.

Personalised content

Customer-supplied photographs and messages may require descriptions or other adjustments for an accessible digital calendar. Please contact us if you need help preparing or using content.

Known limitations

Automated accessibility checks run during continuous integration, alongside manual checks of key journeys. These checks do not cover every device, assistive technology, or customer-created design. The moving hero scene can be disabled by the device's reduced-motion setting; its sound is off unless you choose to play it.
